SEAPORT DISTRICT

Warehouses, shipping piers and railroad tracks create an environment of industrial authenticity for the luxury lofts taking shape in the Seaport District. Also known as the South Boston Waterfront, this area is in the throes of an exciting renaissance. Home to The Institute of Contemporary Art, Boston Children’s Museum, HarborWalk and South Station Transportation Center, the Seaport District is just east of the Fort Point Channel and is the epicenter of Boston’s convention and exhibition activity.
